An additional 8 to 12 inches still expected ending around midnight.

Columbia 14"
Elkridge 12"

Howard County Department of Public Works is focused on plowing the arterial roads. Public Works crews plan to add the plowing of secondary roads this afternoon if the weather co-operates. DPW stated that it will take until late Tuesday or Wednesday to have all county roads plowed. 

Power Update in Hoco:

Less than 16 customers currently without power from 2 outages countywide.
BGE is reporting 1 outage with less than 5 customers affected.
